He has a proven track record of successfully managing all phases of project execution, from design and procurement, through construction, startup, commissioning, and validation.
Michael excels at crafting tailored project strategies that align with his clients’ business objectives. His leadership on large-scale EPCM, IPD, and Design-Assist projects fosters high levels of collaboration between design and construction teams. This collaborative approach consistently drives faster delivery, superior quality outcomes, and enduring relationships across multiple engagements.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, including playing board games with his son and serving as the assistant in his daughter's stuffed animal hospital. Michael also enjoys skiing, playing the piano, and working in the yard with his tractor.

Dana is a seasoned leader in design, construction, and facility operations, with over 20 years of experience delivering high-performance environments across the life sciences sector. His track record includes managing everything from rapid surgical suite renovations to ground-up campus developments valued in the hundreds of millions.
With deep expertise across the full project lifecycle, strategic planning, budgeting, scheduling, design management, construction execution, and operational readiness - Dana brings a hands-on, solutions-driven approach to every challenge. He’s known for building strong, collaborative teams and driving results that meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.
